Ten Low by Stark Holborn

Ten Low is eking out a living at the universe’s edge. An ex-medic, ex-con, desperate to escape her memories of the war, she still hasn’t learnt that no good deed goes unpunished.

Ending up on the losing side of a bleeding insubordination, The Accord currently administers the understandable universe and Ten Low goes through her days meandering the desert of an edge planet known as Factus. Albeit actually under the standard and administration of the Accord, it would appear to be the Accord has overlooked Factus, leaving it to stick onto presence without help. Its occupants are the outsiders of society, living in an uncivilized desert that regards its own strict practices over the new world request. Basically, you'll never track down a more pitiable hive of rubbish and villainy (except if, obviously, you've seen Star Wars).
